Best Loan Choice, Inc. is a mortgage lender that was founded in 2014 by Cory Ruppersberger who, after 25 years in the mortgage and banking industry, sought to offer clients the best mortgage rates and a greater selection of home loan products.

Advisors you can trust. The Best Loan Choice team has solid credentials when it comes to finance and banking. Owner and Founder Cory Ruppersberger is a graduate of the business school at the University of Maryland College Park and went on to participate in an executive development program for financial firm MBNA (now part of Bank of America) before founding Best Loan Choice. He also holds an investment banking securities license. Cory is joined by other team members who have extensive experience in the mortgage, real estate, and banking sectors, holding advanced degrees in business administration and law.

Local roots. Our loan officers are located in Northern Virginia and Baltimore, Maryland, and provide services in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, Florida, and Alabama.
